I’m not a natural gardener but I am good at weeding and hacking back things. I find great satisfaction in clearing a space for a new plant. Most of my clients have gone on a similar sort of journey before they ask Absolutely Design to create a bespoke mural.

They know that a blank wall has the potential to transform into an engaging and colourful an engaging and colourful piece of artwork that will enhance their workplace and say something important about its company’s values - it is about taking the next step and asking what is possible.

Celebrating a company's charitable work

I have just finished working with Trustland Construction, a forward-thinking, commercial construction company based in Bromborough, Wirral. Its Managing Director, Jonathan Bagley knew of Absolutely Design’s work and saw the potential to energise and inspire the company’s social space with action murals of its workforce on site wearing high vis jackets. In the training room, he wanted to remind everyone of the company’s huge charitable achievements.  Since 2017, its 75 strong workforce has raised over £100,000 for Claire House, a Wirral charity.

Company values and a livened up space

A mural to show Jonathan Bagley, Managing Director of Trustland said: “We have a close-knit team of multi-disciplinary professionals working as surveyors, project managers and apprentices. I am delighted that Absolutely Design’s new murals are not just colourful, well-designed and dynamic backdrops but capture in images what the company stands for – collaboration, teamwork and pride in being professionals. This is not just a ‘win’ for people who see the murals every day, but a way for clients and would-be employees to understand our values ‘at a glance’.”
